The Foundation’s mission is to inspire and motivate children to learn and care about the natural world. We accomplish this by providing children education, research, and preservation programs and projects at the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve.

Annual Art Show

For the past fourteen years, the Reserve has hosted a summer art show that has grown in popularity as it has increased the kinds of art exhibited. Beginning in 1997 as a photography exhibition, the annual artistic showcase has featured oil, pastel, watercolor and acrylic paintings, along with bronze sculptures, paper collages, and an assortment of photos in as many styles and techniques as can be imagined. Art show benefits children's education programs at the Reserve.
